Saltwater Tackle and Supplies is available for you to contact Monday through Friday 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. (EST) This excludes U.S. Holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. PLEASE REMAIN PATIENT WITH US! DUE TO COVID-19 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AT THIS TIME. WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMER'S SAFETY.
CANCELLATION
Order cancellations after submission will NOT be honored. Color changes will be given as they are available, but may not be fulfilled per request.
RISK OF LOSS
We take pride in getting your orders shipped in a timely fashion. Once order is shipped, risk of loss is the purchaser's responsibility. Saltwater Tackle and Supplies will not be responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in the customer's possession, and will NOT refund or send a replacement on any loss, stolen, or late arrival packages.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Saltwater Tackle and Supplies is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after confirmed to be delivered per our tracking system. Please email us if your package has not been delivered by the postal service to start an investigation. The investigation will be completed within 7-10 business days. Once the order states "delivered" it cannot be replaced.
